So I was in school today, and I saw this girl alone. We're in the same class, and I've never spoken a word to her, but today I don't know what came over me. We headed down to a lab, and I saw her sitting at a table alone. I walked over and my friend had just finished talking to her so I simply said "What's your name by the way?" No hesitation, it just kind of happened. She told me, and I said "the professor probably won't let us sit this close during a test, but whatever." and I took my seat across from her. After that, somehow the subject was brought to how her sister has mentioned that she met me, and how her sister said I know this and that blah blah boring shit. Then I just said "So what're you about?" and she just started to tell me about how she sucks at Sciences, I asked what her mark was and she told me and I said "Oh damn, I thought it'd be lower." jokingly. I didn't tell her mine, since it was way higher and didn't want to seem like I was bragging. Then I asked if she was ready for this test, other boring shit like that. Then we talked about a big assignment that was assigned, I asked her what she did it on, she told me, she began to tell me about it and then we were interrupted and our tests were handed to us and we just did them. I didn't find the conversation boring because I'm working on myself, I'm taking every step to get better at communication, etc. and I couldn't tell you if she found it boring because she was being kind of cutesy in her movements, and I'm an attractive guy so maybe she was attracted to me? I don't know, I'm just happy I did it.

What I lack however, is that I don't like to talk to girls who have mutual friends, or get their numbers, or talk to girls in general in a school setting, especially since I'm a 19 year old in high school doing my victory lap. I just don't feel right doing it, and I wasn't particularly into this girl although she's about an 8. Overall, it wasn't a really good interaction, nothing special but honestly just talking to a girl I've never really talked to out of nowhere was a big achievement for me. What else do you guys think I could work on?
