Went clubbing last night, there was one occurrence that I'd like some feedback on:

I was on the dance floor with a buddy of mine, and noticed a sexy girl nearby, so I opened with high energy (as required on the dance floor, I probably said something retarded like "What uuuuuuuup!" with a playful shove), and immediately she jumps on me and starts grinding the fuck out of me and feeling me up. I am a fantastic dancer, so I know how to sexually escalate quite well on the dance floor, but the fact that this happened so quickly raised red flags. I figured that either she 1. Was one of the "grinder" girls that loves to just grind with guys at clubs 2. Was trying to make someone jealous or 3. Thought that this was the best way to "pick me up" Regardless, I wasn't going to not try anything, so I attempted the make out twice, but she didn't respond. After a couple of songs she left.

I wasn't expecting much out of this situation, so I didn't feel any feelings of rejection or anything, but I was pretty attracted to her and wouldn't have minded turning that luck into something. I'm pretty sure I saw her and a dude engaging in some boyfriend/girlfriend style kino pretty quickly after we danced, so I'm thinking she was trying to make him jealous.
