This is my first FR, so go easy on me. I'm not sure how good this is going to be, so forgive me in advanced ahah.

Bit of a back story. Last couple tuesday night's I've been going out with a mate. It's a surprisingly good night to go out here for whatever reason, never had a bad night so far. Anyway I'm usually wing for my mate and the past 4 weeks he's gotten hook ups. 2 weeks ago I had 2 in one night but they were with ppl I already knew so I don't count them. Since last week I've started reading through this subreddit so last night I decided to give everything a go. It worked perfectly!

Started off with pre drinks with my mate, the we got on the bus to head into town. There was a group of like 4, mixed set, opened them up about a drunk guy who was hitting on every girl on the bus and we all started chatting. Turns out one of the guys knows a mutual friend of mine who I was meeting out. It was 2 guys and 2 girls (HB6 and HB8) so I assumed they were both couples so I didn't pay the girls too much attention. Got the dudes name and said I'd see him later.

Anyway we get off the bus and head to the club, we go inside and the place is fucking packed. It's schoolies here so shit was insane! So many girls! Anyway me and my mate sit down and I order some beers of the waitress, throw in a bit of kino and just keep it friendly. She gives us great service for the rest of the night. My mate and I are sitting at a table drinking, it was crowded so we opened up a few other guys and got a group of about 6 of us all smashing beers and having a good time. Girls are starting to pay attention.

The 2 guys and HB6 and HB8 from the bus spot us and I signal them over. I start chatting to HB8 and kino a little bit, started talking and turns out the other dude is her ex and she's so not interested. I'm like fuck yeah it's on and I say to myself 'I'm going to hook up with her later' :) Waitress comes back and I talk to her for a bit and get some more drinks. My friend who I was meeting up with (HB7) finally showed up so I gave her a hug. She wanted to dance so I left HB8 there without saying a word and headed to the dance floor. I'm a pretty good dancer (compared to everyone else in the club usually) and so is my friend. Her and I tear the fuck up on the floor and I can notice girls paying attention. Danced with a few then went back to the table where some AFC was all over HB8 trying to hook in, she wasn't having it. She sees me walking over and she ditches him and hangs around me. I get another beer off the waitress and we chat a little while I'm working on kino.

Escalating has always been my down fall, going in for the kiss scares the shit out of me as well. However, I was in the zone and I felt so good that I was like fuck it. Made the move and it was on. HB8 was all over me, it was amazing. Grabbed her hand and took her onto the dance floor with my mates and we just grinded and hooked up for ages. Her friends came over and said they have to go. I get my phone out of my pocket and hand it too her without saying a word. She puts in her number then calls herself so she has mine. Hook up one last time and she's off.

Back to the party! I keep doing what I was doing all night, drinking and dancing and giving no fucks at all. Ended up hooking up with some HB6 I've known for a while, asked me to go home her with her but I didn't want to settle after getting with HB8 so I declined. Just then HB8 messages me saying 'Hey hope u had fun :) x HB8.' Put me in the best mindset and I just continued to party the night away until I forget the rest ahah.

Woke up this morning to a text from my mate saying he was really impressed with me last night and congratulated me on HB8 and kept saying how hot she was. Confidence boost!

TL;DR - First night out gaming. Opened mixed set (HB6 and HB8) on the bus thinking they were both couples. Turns out HB8 was single. Ran into her later on in the night, hooked up and got her number. Almost boned a HB6 after HB8 went home but I turned her down. I gave no fucks and my AA and shitty kino/escalation skills flew out the window. Thanks seddit!
