Yeah that was a fatal mistake at the end looking back. By the way if you want an easy trick about touching (which is really just finding out if the chick is into you) when you introduce yourself, and are shaking hands. Stop shaking and just keep gently holding her hand for a bit longer (an extra 5-10 secs) and continue talking, and see how long it takes for her to pull out. If she pulls her hand out quick after the handshake, you can already tell she's not really feeling you. Also anywhere you want to go with her, always just grab her hand and lead the way.
