So I haven't been particularly active in the dating scene. Largely because I have been very very busy but also because of my own mentality of late.

Well I have recently realized that I have a perfect avenue to practice day approaches through work. I work as a barista while in school and I gave been doing my best to practice casual flirtation and closing.

Anyway, yesterday a very attractive girl came in abs we hit it off. Talking comfortably and generally flirting. So she goes to sit down after grabbing her drink and I decide I'm gonna get her number. So I grab her receipt, walk over and say "There's an issue with your receipt, would you come here for a second?"

She walks over and I say "Your number isn't on here so it's going to make it really difficult to organize when we're getting lunch together."

I felt awesome and confident. Really did wonders for my mentality and I know for sure that I'll be making more solid efforts for approaches and closing.
