Hello again. I've been reading a lot still, it helps my confidence and anxiety. Currently reading She's six steps away. Great stuff.

I live next to my towns downtown and I haven't exploited that until today. I went out with the aim to be social and just start conversations and not be result orientated.

One two set appeared but they were too far from me and walking away from me, to use a simple opener like hey. Idk if yelling out would be appropriate.

I entered a beauty school that a girl from my gym goes to. I was hoping to bump into her and say I was just checking it out. No good though I didn't see her.

The front desk was full of 5 young girls roughly my age. I flirted with one consistently. She got a playful attitude and I did appropriate negs which escalated to her grabbing my hand and saying I need my cuticles done. She held my hand for longer than normal.

It all happened super, super fast to me but I must have been in there at least 5 minutes. Tips on slowing down?

I remained cocky/funny and said I may be back.

No closes but I was the center of attention, and they were all smiling and got a IOIs from the desk girl.

Room to improve: I should have asked for a personal tour from the desk girl. Easy number close but she was a flirt so it would have been hard to maintain outcome independence and building solid/real attraction. I have trouble with girls who are flirts. Advice on going back?

I also should of opened to the two set with just a hey and ask for directions and start a conversation.

Overall I'm happy. Downtown will be my new main sarging grounds. I'll go back out tonight and hit some stores as well after a charity event I'm helping at.

TL:DR Huge progress in general anxiety. Held group of girls attention and was cocky/funny. Becoming more social in general. Facing my fears is working. Starting to see PUA terms and theories in the real world.
