Very much still an AFC but writing these helps think about the night before and what went good and bad.

So Friday night I get a call from one of my best friends to go out and before I usually never felt like it but I have made the active decision to go out more and have fun so I say hell yeah!

This is my second time clubbing last time I went with one other guy to a really loud club and just stood around and wasted money so this time I was determined to have fun and actually try to talk to girls.

So we pregame a little, I try to be in control and not drink too much but my friend just keeps going which gets important later, roll in kind of early and it is pretty dead besides a 10set just dancing, didn't open them because AA was high at the time.

So eventually it gets crowded and we start dancing. Our group is me, my best friend, his sister and sister's cousin. The girls are both HB8s so I am feeling pretty good with social status of dancing with two beautiful women, just for fun I practiced a lot of Kino on them and it worked out great and we were just having a blast, finally got in the present mood and just didn't care that I was dancing good or bad and purposely made a fool of myself to learn how not give a fuck in public and get rid of that damn AA.

So I finally decide to try talking to some girls and this is where all the mistakes happen, my friend is too busy mopping about his ex and drinking so I try several times on my own, try to warm up on some HB5s, figured wouldn't be as intimidating. Instead, Blown Out Every Time. So I failed at that part and just danced for a little while longer till the bouncers noticed my friend being too drunk and we ended up getting kicked out.

Summary My AA was at a high but I decided to just go for it and get blown out. It was nice to get used to being rejected and realize it isn't a big deal, fuck it.

Mistakes My mind kept thinking about opening girls and how loud/hard it is to do it in a club instead of just rolling with the present.

Assumptions it would be easy and trying to open them on the dance floor. Asking them to dance didn't work either.

Advice needed So thinking about it my AA is slowly getting defeated but getting blown out so many times just gives me awful memories of the past, I was ridiculed and bullied a lot from elementary to high school by a lot of people especially beautiful women but I eventually got smart these past 6 months left college, started my own business, started working out and making the active decision to just go out and have fun.

I lost 40lbs, started boxing, slowly becoming successful in business but I just have this massive AA from my past that I am an ugly and awkward guy that no one wants to talk to and have a hard time getting over it cause I know I am a very interesting character.

So, I just need some tips on what to do at the club when trying to talk to some girls and how you guys finally got over that AA? I keep getting stuck at the opener, I usually do pretty good in conversation and make people laugh, I think I am decent at Kino and what not I just can not open/approach, I can barely start a conversation with a stranger for some reason.

SIDENOTE Started reading on Body Language and what not and noticed all through out the club so many of the guys jsut stand around, hands in pocket, even in the dance floor. I do understand just having fun, smiling and not giving a fuck makes you stand out so much more than 90% of guys but I still can't seem to get girls interested enough to start a conversation/move up from there, grr.
