Hows it goin' y'all? first FR here ever so hopefully it'll help some of you out and provide some fun reading material! P.S. Kinda long

I've been in Japan for the past 3 or so weeks on a study abroad trip just having a fantastic time meeting new people, getting drunk, and singing my ass off at karaoke. I've been studying Japanese for a few years so I've gotten pretty good at communicating with the locals.

In order to increase my language proficiency I've been meeting more and more Japanese girls who don't speak a lick of english and so far its been challenging but absurdly rewarding!

in terms of short term dating I've kind of worked my way up the ladder, the first two girls I hooked up with here actually had decent english and where americanized enough that picking them up was a breeze. Recently however, i met a really cute girl who goes to college in the area at an international student party. We ended up talking a little bit but initially i wasn't super interested. Despite a lack of interest i did some light kino and then went to dance with whoever i could find. I started dancing with one girl then brought in another, I was just being goofy and giving absolutely no fucks, the circle expanded and eventually all the guys were joining in too. I was getting high fives left and right and all the girls where smiling at me. I was ego tripping haaaard and it felt great.

Eventually though the party started dying down and i left with my buddy who i came with. We stumbled into a Mcdonalds and after waiting a little while the girl who i met earlier came in with some random dude. Turns out the girl and i needed to take the same train to get home, so eventually the dudes leave and im sitting next to her on the train, grab her number after chatting, get to my stop, kiss her on the cheek and leave.

The next day I set up plans for a dinner date in the shopping district, we stop in the quaint little cafe and we have the most emotionally intense conversation that i've ever had in Japanese. Seriously, if you want to test you're fluency in a language talk to a girl about what she feels about love and relationships without using your native tongue, holy fuck i've come a long way. During dinner we just keep talking, her leg and mine are touching the whole time and we keep eye contact for 90% of the dinner.

We ended up leaving and heading for drinks by the river were we go talk some more, within the first 2 minutes of us sitting down I go in for a kiss but get denied, played it off and kept talking about our earlier subject. We're sitting together super close, tickling each other, reading each others palm and just having fun! 10 or so minutes later I try again, and get denied again. Surprisingly, this didn't phase me at all and we kept talking about more private subjects, past loves, future plans and whatever, all the while keeping eye contact and playing around. eventually we lay down on the grass and she's resting on my arm looking at me with "i want to fuck your brains out" eyes. Finally, I go in and we kiss like actors in a fucking romance movie, it was awesome.

We head back to my place and eventually discloses on the way that its that time of the month. Whatever, she stops in a convenience store to grab pads and we head to my apartment for one of the best make out sessions of my life. Afterwards set up plans to meet later in the week for that F-close.

TL;DR Wined and dined a girl in Japan, ended up getting a language credit for it. "made-out" like a bandit. A+ night
