I really don't know if this is the appropiate sub, but here it goes.

Last night I hooked up with a woman, easy on the eyes, not the best lay, but hey.

The dynamics were extremely weird.

I was at a friend's bar, with no intention of anything, just hanging out.

A guy friend, Colombian, very smooth, but rather beta guy, comes in with a woman I'd never seen. She points out several times they are only friends.

The woman, dances a bit, drinks, and gives me massive IOI's. The guy just sits and drinks, while a younger dude, also a friend, is all over her, beaming neediness. I play it cool, doing low intensity push-pulling, and when she talks about getting a cab, I offer to take her home.

Shitstorm ensues. The guy she came with storms out, asking me why was I cockblocking him, and I follow him to his car, trying to explain that from what was said explicitly, I thought I had an open window. I tried to make peace with him, as we are buddies, and had no need to screw the friendship. He leaves, and a little while later, I drive her to her place. The normal course of events take place, we have drunken, not-so-great sex, and I stay the night.

She told me that I had to be out by 9:00 AM, because her teen daughter would be coming home (she's in her 40's, I'm in my early 50's), and as I also have kids, and don't like to expose my casual dating partners to them, understand.

Now comes the second WTF moment:

I get up, dress, and leave.

I go to a coffee shop to get a coffee, and when I'm going to pay, I seee I have no money in my wallet. I only had 20€, since I wasn't planning to go elsewhere, and had not paid at the bar (I have a running tab) or elsewhere. My cards and ID's were not in the right places!

WTF! This was not a random stranger, but a friend of a friend. We were at her place, so I know perfectly well who she is! I have her number!

The thing is we were both slightly drunk, so she can claim that sometime during the night I must have paid something and maybe not remember. I'm really not in a position of confronting her from a position of force, but having my cards in the wrong places makes it certain she went through my wallet.

Never have had this happen.

She made it very clear she was open to being FB's, so I was looking forward to banging her again soon, as she's the perfect booty call type. Now...
