So I just transferred to a university party school, and I went out with a friend. Note this I haven't had much experience in these type of parties I was always the one playing CSGO and LOL whenever it was friday night. So the frat party was amazing, BUT whenever I came up and asked a girl "wanna dance" she said something on the lines of no and either turned her back or walked away. Any help? My friend isn't that good at picking up chicks either. Also if I get that far how do I make the next move to kiss her and try to see if she's interested coming back to my place?
