This is my experience:

You are more likely to see the same girl again. This is GREAT for building a social net full of girls. This is also bad if you come off as a creeper. The easiest way to avoid looking like a creeper is to: Don't focus intently on one girl during parties, and don't overly hit on every single person instantly.

You should learn to use a girl's social circle for meeting people as well as your own bros. Meet a ton of girls through their other sorority sisters. Girl houses tend to rotate through frats. Get to know a few girls in each sorority. Are you shy I was? Solution, play bartender, but make sure to talk to girls while you make drinks and not just focus on making the drinks!

WATCH OUT FOR GROUPIES and know the difference between the good kind and bad kind. Good kind: Will eventually hook up with several guys in your house. If you get in early, you'll get an easy lay. BAD KIND: The girls stick around and don't put out. Most likely will just make out with nearly everyone over the course of the few years. Waste of time in my opinion.

Girls talk (within a house). Don't settle to hook up with the easy 5 if you are digging her 9 friend. Once you tap one of the friends in the group, it's a lot harder to get the one you really wanted. On the other hand, if they are not friends, but then they are in the same house, it is a little easier to pull it off. If they are in different houses, it's probably okay for a few times (don't get known as the player douche!).

Watch out for your bros cock blocking. While you think they'll be great wingmans, frat bros will often instantly turn into obstacles and enemies when a girl you are interested in decides she wants to hook up with a guy. If you spot this, isolate her ASAP. Basically, if you spend the whole party with the girl, don't expect her to stay with you at the end: It's a jungle.

DON'T DRINK TOO MUCH!!! Seriously. It's a lot easier to get laid if you just keep alcohol drinking at a reasonable level (i.e. stay away from shots man). Talk, escalate, close. If you get too drunk you will: become distracted or get sick.

Tricks of the trade:
Meet the girls in the common area or at the bar/shot areas. Isolate groups of girls by suggesting something cool in your room or "quality alcohol" or mixed drinks. Have a wingman with you when you bring a group of girls back to your room.

The ideal ratio is about 2-3 girls:2-3 guys. If there are more than 4 girls and 2 guys, the girls tend to pair off. If there are more than 4 guys and 2 girls, the guys tend to fight way too hard and you get into a bro off. It might seem cool to have 9 girls in your room with you and your 2 friends, but this is not successful. The best success I've had is me and a friend with 2-3 girls.

Make sure your wingman has game, but isn't a cockblock/rack jacker. A cool wing is totally worth it, rather than having a friend who will try to steal everyone at every chance, and wont leave when you and the girl are totally on.

Every guy will have shots in their room. Learn to have shots, but also be able to make some simple mixed drinks. But DO NOT BECOME THE SUCKER GUY who just serves everyone and then the girls leave as soon as they get their drink. Be the guy the girls want to party with in your room. Don't take shit from princesses who demand drinks and are bitches. Respect breeds respect.

Alcohol: Have vodka, rum, tequila, maybe jager. Fill the expensive kinds (absolute, sky, goose etc with cheaper vodka such as smirnoff or plastic bottle). Always have a spare 12 pack of beer or alcohol stash.

Mixers: Diet coke, diet sprite, cranberry juice, PINEAPPLE JUICE. My recipe: Mix any liquor with cranberry juice, pineapple juice and hawaiian punch, tastes great and can't taste the liquor after the first drink.

Have a good selection of music. You might like this special band, but during a party, play the latest club banger or hot song. Girls will hear the song (even if you just played it 45 minutes ago), and be like OMG I LOVE THIS SONG).

This is my ideal time sequence: Meet girl 10PM-midnight, Run solid game till like 1AM, and hookup is like 1-1:45AM. By 2:00AM, A lot of people end up leaving, people are partnered off, or the girl is sick in the bathroom. Get some balls and talk to girls as soon as they enter the party. The girls are just as shy as you. As soon as they meet some person, they will be their default "go to guy" throughout the whole year. Don't wait till late in the evening or you have to deal with all the other guys who she met earlier in the evening. This also means that you should meet the girls AS SOON AS YOU CAN each semester. Meet a group of girls the first fall party means you'll know them (and get to know their friends) the entire year.

Once again: The frat is a jungle. Even your best bros will jack your sure thing girl. Learn to isolate.
