hello,guys.

i am a college student in China, and today is my first day in the second half of my junior grade.

i have read a lot of PUA knowledge in my school holidays. At that time, i felt great, and i knew eventually i will be a veteran in this field.I have decided that i will take some practicing after i return my college.

yes, tonight i went out of dorm to gym, i start running on the ground. what happened? I saw two girls roaming on the ground too. I run past them first time, then I feel I am stupid,and that whatever how much you have read you still can not take courage to overcome the approach anxiouty. I shout out at myself in my brain,"you are a god damned coward, you fucking so stupid,just do it,just do it,just do it!!!!!!!if you don't do this, you will regret it all the night and all the tomorrow". when i was still thinking about this, i passed them again. you know, the thoughts in my brain have exploded,"bang!" i want to figure it out that why on earth and the hell i am so scared about approaching them. Finally, i know, i am be afraid of being rejected, and afraid of being exiled by their mind. THIS IS BECAUSE I HAVE NOT GOT ENOUGH CONFIDENCE AND BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN. But the third time,when i approaching them, i said hi to them. Really, it is like magic. Finally, i took my courage to had done this. i am not a coward either. And i find that people is easy to deal with, they are always kind!

Do not be afraid,man. Just do it whatever happen it will not threaten your life. It cannot hurt any physical parts at all!

This is what i have done tonight, i have made a great progress. Please take actions, my brothers. you know Chinese is almost the shiest race in the world! Even i have done it, what the hell reason can you excuse for? do it, men.
