Hey Seddit, you guys were very receptive to my initial field report of meeting Diane that I wanted to do a follow up for everyone in regards to our date that happened tonight.

Background: We had a date planned for this Friday but due to the nature of her job, she was worried about being able to make it.

So tonight near the end of my shift at work, I was texting Diane and she was telling me that she just got off of work. I asked if she wouldn't mind meeting up after work since I would be off at seven. She lamented the fact that she was broke. I told her that we could go anywhere she wanted and that it was my treat. She insisted that I choose where we went and so I decided we go to the Cheesecake Factory. I was glad that we could go, first date was on!

I arrived shortly after work and I asked where she was inside. She told me she would wait for me at the hostess stand. I walked through the door and she was immediately there waiting. I get a "how are you doing babe?" Kino initiated right on spot with a hug from her and she takes me arm in arm to our table. We sit down and the waiter comes over to take my drink order. After he leaves she dives right into questions about how my day was, how was CES, how was the AT&T Dev Summit was. A lot of things had happened in the past few days and I hadn't seen her since our initial meeting last Thursday.

I told her about how I'd been and I asked her the same thing. She had been tired from working the past several days but was happy to see me. Throughout the night she was super inquisitive and in was answering in kind. Funny thing was there was a couple next to us that wanted me to take a picture for them. I agreed and then whipped out my 1520 to take a picture (superior low light photography) They absolutely loved the photo and I sent it to them. I asked if they would do the same for me later in the night. They agreed.

The pet names continued throughout the night I could really tell she enjoyed being in my presence. She kept looking at me and smiling a laughing. We talked about future date she wanted to go on and we decided on going to a local place called Firefly. That's next week :)

Later finally did come and I gave the couple next to me my 1520 for photo time. We took several pictures and they turned out great. Near the end of our meal I told her I would be getting her cheesecake. I purposely wouldnt tell her what I was getting because it was funny. She hates surprises so that worked out :p

They bring out the Cbeesecake and we start eating it. Took my fork several time and fed her some of the cheesecake. (she ate it up! no pun intended :p) At the end of the meal we requested boxes to take our food home and then we headed out of Cheesecake Factory to say our goodbye. I went in for the hug and then told her to look at me. I went for the k-close on the lips but she turned and I kissed her on the cheek instead. She asked that I text her when I got home and then hugged me again. I then got in my car and drove home.

I was very happy with the way things went and believe she is worth my friendship, love , and investment. I just wanted to share this follow up to my field report with you guys. Thank you! :)
