Look man, the real question here is: Are you trying to screening her to see if you connect naturally?

Or, are you making the mistake of trying to get validation and get upset when you don't get it?

you are not there to get hahas, you are not there perform like a clown hoping for applause. You ain't audioning dude.

Cuz dude the moment you seek validation, you hand her the frame and you begin chasing which pushes her away. That's when you are no longer the chooser, but the applicant that's trying to “pass the test,” instead of giving one.

You are the one screening. Not for perfection or approval, but for authentic alignment... Value yourself, stop chasing approval and start filtering for connection.

IF she doesn't laugh or give you the approval after that comment, that's just data that suggests she might be a bit disalgined with your sense of humor or your vibe and if that continues, it's you who should be honest enough with yourself and recognize that you want a woman who naturally has chemistry with you and plays along.

So the problem is not why didn't she laugh was my joke not good enough? Instead the issue is why do i start doubting myself just because this chick didn't give me the approval.
