I (M33) have a lot of difficulty in making the first date a reality on OLD.

If a girl interests me, I will exchange maybe 20 messages on various topics, then ask for a first date scheduled in the next days.

The girl will usually accept. But very often she will ask to move the date a week later (kids, sick, work, etc. ..).

However, having two kids myself it is not always possible for me to keep constant contact by text. Often first days there will be a small contact, then gradually the girl will stop responding and after a week she'll remove me from her matchs.

Then I try to text her after waiting a few days to probe her interest but usually I have no answer ...

Is it because I do not communicate enough or just because the girl has found a better candidate during this time?

And if the girl removes me from her matchs (but I still have her text number) should I immediately move on or try one last time?
