I did study for my medical entrance exam for the last 1-2 months, did other not so good stuff and became really rusty in seduction. I started approaching at 10/2019 and until the end of last year I've maybe approached 50-100 (lost count) girls and had only 1 real date and three numbers and +10 "I'd give you my number if I were single".

Now I want to get back into the game! I've fasted enough chances in my 1-2 months of inactivity. But I noticed that I really lack a "Blueprint", that is a general plan for me how to approach because recently I chickened out so often because "I didn't know what to say". All of the nervousness and adrenaline have become way stronger than while I was approaching (also because of personal circumstances)

So, I'm sure some here can help me in this matter? I know that every approach should be treated unique, which I intend to do but still.

My experience tells me that it's better to take it slow, in that sense that I should not use pick up lines or compliment her straight away. By just talking I managed to get a instant date once, without using and compliments :D

So, my "Blueprint" 1. Spotting the girl (should I determine if she's approachable or not? - I always tell to myself that it's not suitable and therefore don't approach) 2. Going up to her, Eye contact 3. "Hi! (insert random question)" 3.1. If her body language and expression seems friendly, continue with the conversation 4. After talking for 1-2 mins, telling that we should keep contact up and offering her my number"(important to offer my number instead of asking for her)

Alright, I noticed that my Blueprint really sucks. It's because my techniques differed always.

OffTopic: I've never approached in the gym (but got approached by a few girls, two wanted to exchange the squat rack). So, why should I not also approach girls at the gym? I read always that it's "not good for approaching" or that it's "a terrible idea"
