I’m sorry to hear about the way you were treated. A healthy, sane, decent person wouldn’t belittle someone or harass them. It takes a mentally unstable person to do something like that(under any circumstances) so whatever they were saying, likely isn’t true and don’t take it to heart. Block those bitches and forget about them.

When it comes to approaching girls try and start off with figuring out what you’re looking for. Hookup, friends first, fwb, relationship? What are your hobbies? Strengths? What are you passionate about? Work on sprucing up your social skills so it makes it easier to talk to anyone, which will make it easier to talk to women.

Change your perspective on meeting women. Instead of going on the prowl to get a girl, use regular every day opportunities to talk to women. Smile, make eye contact when you’re speaking to someone, be friendly and warm, say hello to people just because. And not just women. These are things that put people at ease around you and make them automatically feel comfortable talking to you. Strike up a conversation about something random and go from there but make it light and fun. Ask a girl you’re interested in about something that will get her talking. Ask about her tattoo, band tshirt she’s wearing, book she’s reading, etc..
