So whenever I'm walking around and a girl who's not good-looking gives me a look, I immediately get turned off, basically saying, "definitely not" in my head. I feel bad for thinking this way about people and understand I'm not the best-looking person myself, which is the problem. So, based on how I judge these people, I'm less likely to approach someone I find attractive because I fear they're going to think the same thing about me.

Is this another mental block I put on myself to prevent myself from approaching? I get it; it's a numbers game, and I have experienced and rolled rejection right off, but this thought keeps fluttering around my head. A girl that I'm thinking about approaching might be completely turned off just looking at me for a sec lmao. Thoughts?
