It's not you. Tinder is not what it was three years ago. Back in the halcyon days of Tinder girls were easy, fun, exciting. Now the only girls on the platform are there to stroke their egos. To get flattery from the boys.

Damn if that’s the case is there a better alternative or do I just have to go out and do it old school with approaches? I work constantly and don’t have a lot of free time so tinder seemed logical to my lifestyle. In addition I had higher success rates with old tinder as opposed to irl approaching so it would be a real shame if there’s no good online platform to pull women anymore.

In my country (England, the country of Shakespeare and Chaucer) we have a dating app called PlentyOfFish (POF) I don't know if you have that but it's almost as good as Tinder used to be. But generally I would suggest going about the old approach.
I've had good experiences by befriending my friends' friends and then flirting with their friends. But that's morally dubious.

I’m familiar with pof, but I was under the impression that it’s a more ‘serious’ dating platform like a match.com type deal. I figured that place would be less girls looking for fun and a ‘whatever happens’ attitude like tinder and more of a ‘I want a husband attitude’ lol

It's an odd thing. Tinder is for hookups and POF is for dating. And yet the people who use the services have it backwards. I've only ever hooked up with people on POF. Maybe that says more about my personality that I couldn't keep the girl around longer than a hookup.

Stop using Tinder or other online apps to game, it is a crutch and it will cripple your game in the future.
Do "cold approach" and "social circle" game. The percentage of flakes that you get will be much lower (because it's more difficult to completely flake on somebody when you actually met them and know them). Also, you'll actually significantly improve your social skills
