Realize that it would be completely normal if you totally failed today. You have no practice. What your trying to do isn't yet congruent with who you are. So with those two factors...You're going to get rejected. You're going to have flakes. Try your best but, don't expect outright success... just tell yourself your going to enjoy chatting and flirting with some attractive women.

It's going to be uncomfortable.. but realize that you're getting better during every second. That she respects trying and failing more than not trying. That you're better than 90% of the male population just for putting yourself in the position.

Since you've read so much, I assume you've read an insane amount on overcoming approach anxiety.

The first approach will be the toughest. Just tell yourself fuck it, and just do it, even if done anxiously. Make great eye contact and verbalize what you like about her. It's ok to be nervous. It's ok to feel uncomfortable. Just express your intent. That one approach will do more for you with women than a whole hour of reading.

I'd recommend talking to girls working in shops or waitresses to get warmed up. Keep the right body language and eye contact with them. Try to flirt with them. Self amuse when talking to them and get the mind flowing. Ask what time they get off like you mean it. After that... go to cold approaches elsewhere.

Utilize deep breaths to calm yourself. Utilize checking girls out to get slightly turned on/in the zone.

You can try going out with an "I'm probably going to fail epically, but WHO !@#$%& CARES!" mentality. IMO, outcome independence is so important, because it can reduce your AA, and let you just have fun, and women apparently love that, and are attracted to it.

It might help if you could get in touch with your local gameguys; or failing that at least a few like-minded friends. Having someone to go back to after a set helps keep the momentum and good vibe going. For me it also feels more natural, since I'm just hanging out with my friends and approaching the hotties incidentally. Approaching is hard, but you just need to get it done. Keep at it till you can do it consistently. Its well worth the effort, and dude, talking to girls is heaps fun, doing game is inherently attractive and brings both yours and the people you interact with moods' up. Don't be upset if you don't take action/ do everything perfect, just come back the next day. Keep at it, and getting good at this is inevitable.

Set your goal of just saying hi to 5-10 women, baby step goals. Doesn't even matter if u literally only say the word "hi" and then walk away, it is a gradual progression
