Go to Peabodys. Completely shitty club. But lots of 18 up (and early 20's) girls in there. If you're looking for an older college scene, LunaSea is good spot with a DJ, deck-bar, and two volleyball courts in the back.

Daytime wise, the ocean water completely sucks, so it's best to focus on chilling on the beach and approaching. Even with the sun-bathing/tanning/whatever. Girls are definitely open to talking, so be confident/be spontaneous/score some numbers and invite them out to food/party with you that night. Same goes for Tinder. Lots of tourists go out there, so make sure you update your profile to show yourself at beach looking for cool people to hang with.

Have a place to invite girls back. Time-shares, beach-houses, hotel rooms are crucial for hosting a pregame/after-party to seal the night.
