Don't get in your head. It seems like you are doing fantastically and that the girl is into you, so it should be no problem just getting straight to the point and ask her out. I would be very(!) surprised if she said no - after all, she did follow you around the gym. ;)
And if she says no it isn't because of you. Keep that in mind.
