The next step is to set up a time for the coffee date. Texting her would be an acceptable way to do it. Think of a place to do it because since you asked her she will want you to have a time and place already thought of to suggest most likely. First I would ask her what day works best for her then suggest a time and place to meet on that day.

Be objective when you text her, go straight to set up the date. As close as the date gets, text something simple just to ping if she is still up for it. No small talk like it was said above

Also to add on to what everyone else said, suggest a date + time. This way it reduced cognitive load on her part to come up with a date/time.
