So, I've heard that some people do a lot better in groups. Apparently it takes off the anxiety for them. Well not for me. Anxiety isn't the right word, but I don't like trying to do too much talking up when I'm with my friends. I can get a name, make minor conversation, but when it comes to getting a number I just... don't. I'm mainly speaking of waitresses and stuff here. I think I just don't want things to be awkward. I'm not worried about being rejected, but I'm worried about making things awkward, y'know?

Does anyone have suggestions to assist this? Anyone know how to properly win over waitresses and stuff? I'm kinda stumped here.
