My strategy with the "finer specimens" has been to neg the crap out of them and hardly give up any ground. Nothing mean or degrading, but I treat them like "one of the guys". I've found that creating a playful rivalry with snarky comments, while occasionally throwing in subtle hints (the sexual kind), has been pretty effective. At the very least, it's a different approach than the norm. I realize this is nothing new but i just wanted to validate with other thoughts/experiences.
