I had a realization tonight - I'm great at talking to people, I'm interesting and fun and I can talk to anyone about anything. Unfortunately, I think I'm terrible at flirting with women, and I have no idea what to do about it. If a woman is being flirty with me, I can respond but I am not proactive and don't know how to initiate myself to get the other person into it. Does anyone have any suggestions or are there any good guides? I feel like this might be the missing component for me.
