It’s been the hardest lesson I’ve ever learned!!!! On the one hand, yea it’s probably the one of the worst situations you can have happen to you. On the other, it’s been the greatest motivation fuel ever.

This is super long and I didn't read all of it, not gonna lie, BUT I'm 33 years old, kicked my wife out of the house last year, so I'm in a similar position, and I can tell you that I started practicing cold approach pickup and I think that was one of the best decisions in my life, even though I didn't suddenly become a "master pick up artist" or anything.
My suggestion: read "Getting Laid In NYC" by Paul Janka, and then just get out of the house and talk to women.
There may be better books out there, but the one I mentioned is short, jargon-free and available for free online (I think Janka himself made it available online).
