I had a chance to hang out with a girl, first time in a long time. So I was nervous since the day before

  • I joined an online community 3~4 months ago and briefly chatted with messages back then
  • I had business to take care of near her area so I asked her to eat dinner together
  • She said yes and when we finally met, she suddenly wanted to go somewhere we can drink as well
  • When we sit, I sat across the table from her and we talked and drank for 2 hours without sexual tensions (and a promise to meet again to eat lobster together as well as inviting me to hang out with other people from the online community that I didn't read before)
  • She insisted on paying because I had to travel here and that I should buy when she comes to my town. I said okay but I will pay the next time for the lobsters as well as coffee for dessert
  • On our way to drop her at her apartment, she asked me about her first impression and if anything was different from how I imagined her. I just told her she looked beautiful and only thing different was her eyes (because they look unnaturally big in her profile picture) but I like how they look in person

And that was it about this date or not-a-date date. Only brief moment we had skin to skin contact was when we were showing hands to each other. I let her rest her fingers on my hand so that I could see her nails and she moved her finger over where I have broken bone.

I don't know what I could have done to do better or what I could have done differently.
