Think about it that way: Back at the good ol´days, when clubs haven´t been a thing, shopping malls were the place to meet people. Malls simulate a whole village, there is any kind of shop, so everybody can go there. Some women, especially younger ones, have "shopping" as a hobby and go alone or with female friends to just browse clothes and stuff. The would really love being approached becuase that might be the most interesting thing in their day.

Don´t talk with the girsl too long. Approach, state interest. E.g. open with an honest compliment about soemthing she wears, her hair or make an obversational opener. Then a bit of comfort building and teasing, kino her and after 5 to 10 minutes end it on a high note, tell her you want to meet her again, put out your mobile and let her insert her number.
