Where is the part about your therapist telling you about how he views seduction? The only thing I read is that he said he would not approach random women, which is perfectly fair. It doesn't say anything more than that.

Also, "the seduction community" doesn't say never to be friends with women, only beginners get that notion because what people say is not to be friends with a girl you want more of, that's a gigantic difference. Your therapist is right that you should become friends with women to learn how to have any kind of relationship first, and to learn the basics of seduction which is nothing more than being social and all that comes with it.

He’s a psychologist not a dating expert so take that advice with a grain of salt. He is correct about how you perceive yourself though and helping you with that.

So, anything internal with you he is good for, but he’s never studied nor practiced seduction externally to have a valid opinion.
