I've come to realize I'm shit with flirting and hooking up. 'Never did it before, so it's hard. Talking and not being a dick is fine, but escalating touching, getting to the kiss and beyond that is still out of my grasp. I go to parties and have fun but haven't had any success.

Anyone have a general step-by-step process to help me get the gist of things?

I've finished my first semester of college. I have friends, have attractive qualities, am a little less than average at holding conversations but I can, I go to parties, and I try to live life. But this just eludes me and it's frustrating because I have the tools but no knowledge.
