I'm definitely in no position to give you any advice, but I just want to see what others say.
What my inexperienced brain thinks you should do is to show her that you have guts. For that, you should make order in your life, and tell her that you can't accept the fact that she's still with that guy, and end the relationship you have with her if she refuses to accept your demands (which will be VERY hard for you; but it's the proof that you have balls and might probably return to you) She stays with him for money that you can't provide.
From what I learned, a woman will secretly love the fact that she's your second greatest priority. For that, you have to realise that you are your own priority, so focus on your career, your hobbies, making money, going out and meeting new women and new people.

I’m not sure what advice can be offered. You’ve found a woman whose company you value more than anything else in your life—your material possessions, your piece of mind, and your freedom to decide your own course. Anything you value that much WILL carry the price of everything else you have. Either change your values, or pay the bill, right?
Oh, and once you’ve paid the bill, you’ll have no other currency, so you’ll lose her, too.
