Hey man, it's good to see young guys here. I started pick up 2 years ago when I was 16.
The unavailability such as "She sits too far" or "the corridor is crowded" are excuses made by your brain.
Just go approach her from wherever you are and DHV such as bantering until you get those IOIs again.

Approach from the front, or at least from somewhere that you won't startle her, and find a way to make it obvious that you show interest in her before you actually approach her, catch eye contact and smile if you can. This is invaluable to the first steps of meeting someone.
