It’s a very broad question. In a nutshell make yourself more attractive, figure out which girls are DTF with you and where to find them, learn how to approach them and make your intentions clear. You will get rejected many times before you succeed, but there’s no better teacher than experience.

Online dating apps such as Tinder, Bumble, OKCupid, etc. Don't go to ones like Match that you have to pay for that look for long-term, committed relationships. Try meeting up with people online at bars, restaurants, or a social event and make it subtly clear you want to hook up with them. With online dating its a little easier to meet people on the fly who are DTF and don't want anything more. Also, don't get discouraged if you don't get 100 matches right away or people flake on you last minute, just learn how to brush off these tiny rejections and move onto the next one. Chances are if you met them online 3 days ago, the decision to reject you is based on pure impulse alone.

Go to bars or clubs and make moves on girls. If you're not really in the mood, a few drinks will definitely put you in the mood. Hook up with friends of friends by going to social events together. Get on a dating app like tinder and get some matches. Hit up the matches to go out on a date or meet up at a bar. For me the real trouble is getting laid because I live at home and am rarely alone.

Try to look as physically attractive as possible. You want to be considered at least a 7/10 by most women (posting your pictures on a pic rating site like "Hot or not" will give you a good indicator of your SMV in real time). Physically attractive meaning: Clear skin, slim or muscular physique, no visible belly fat, neatly trimmed facial hair (if any), trendy clothes that compliment your body type, a nice watch or some cosmetic men's jewelry (doesn't need to be expensive). Check out men's magazines like GQ if you need some ideas on how to pull this off.

Second most important factor is having a private, comfortable place to fuck girls in (i.e Logistics). If you still live with your parents, hopefully they'll be OK with female guests, if not, then you might have to work on getting your own place.

Talking to women/screening. This is obvious, but you'll have to talk to women and use a combination of light touching and sexually charged dialogue to filter out the time-wasters from the DTF girls.
