I'm 'hanging out' with a girl this Saturday, in the past I have 'hung out' with girls before only to find we really are just 'hanging out' not going on a date with any sexual interest. I was just wondering what's an upfront but subtle way of asking "I consider this a date what are your feeling on that?", I really would love to just have a clear idea. We met at a party 2 weeks ago, little communication since then over text (only to organise when we can meet up (I've learned /r/seduction! :D)), we are both busy people and this is the soonest we could hang (late I know). What can I text her just to get a clear idea without coming on too strong?

A little background on this girl: she is 17 and an European exchange student (here for a year) (I'm 18). When I met her I was getting vibes such as eye contact/arm touch etc and I thought it was a sure thing, but it turns out she does this with everyone! She sends winky faces in texts to me but again they appear to mean nothing because she does it to EVERYONE. Very misleading, and I could totally see reasons for her not wanting to actually 'go out-go out' with me.

I can handle the rejection, and I really would prefer to just know instead of being disappointed on the day.
