Well if you are watching a movie, put your arm around her shoulder ashuming you are on a couch, or even if it is a bed make sure you sit really really close.If she sits a bit further tell her "Hey get closer!", either command it or say it jokingly depends the situation and girl. Touch her neck or caress her hair , then gently kiss her, it doesnt matter if it is on the lips, chick, neck or what. The movie is not more important from what you want to do that night.

That's the smoothest i can think of, remember you just have to pull the trigger, thats the most important part. There is no absolute "smooth" way, she is already in your house alone, she is waiting for you.
