You learn just how to pickup woman just like you learn everything else. Go out approach get reference experiences. Learn from the experiences make tweaks to your game from what you’ve learned. The material online is a guide but it won’t do anything without practicing in the field. If you knew everything about basketball or any sport for that matter. You knew every strategy, every game plan, the perfect techniques or whatever else there is to know would that make you a good player? The answer is no you only get good by practicing all that stuff not reading about it. Start by going out and approaching lol.

Do you do cold approaches? That is something that baffles me. I can't do it because I know I am going to be rejected.

Yes I do. You need to numb yourself to rejection and get rejected your terms not hers. Stop taking it so seriously it’s just a girl. Start off by just interacting with anyone and everyone. Make comments to people on the street. “ hey man nice kicks where’d you get them” make small talk with cashiers” hey how are you today, store looks busy is it usually like this” . Have quick conversations with everyone as often as you can. It will make approaching seem normal.

The first approach ever is always terrible.

Or liberating depending on your perspective.

Yeah, the point is this.
The less you want to be rejected, the less you can learn.
Go out there and don't take personally, also if you're in a big city (more than 1 Mln people) a ton of girls you can meet by daygame are completely out of your league : you could never met them in other way, so why not give a try and , at least, "waste" them for learning something new ?

I think there are no naturals.
What we call naturals are just guys that started not giving a fuck about rejections before us. And then they built an habit on this attitude. Once you have the habit, you automatically get a lot of experience.
I'm 22 yo M, just for context. I started with simply searching "pickup" on YouTube. Months ago. Despite the shortness of my journey, I really enjoy it everyday.
Before I started learning actively pickup all the things related to girls and love were confusing me, were rely on case and on her vibe/mood. After starting learning I started to recognize pattern in behaviours, how to face and avoid them.
And that's what a natural does : he learns pickup not in 20s , but before (basically when girls learn it, from 11-12 to 18-19) , and then relies on that. Positive aspect : you have the skillset before competitors. Negative : in certain cases, because you face the problem without adult maturity, you can get bored at 25 yo or later, a thing that won't happen if you learn it understanding dynamics of society. Also, you are all experince-based and not principle - based. Too much based on empirical datas.
I thank the fact I was not a natural, because a day , between 30 and 40, the difference will come up. The naturals will be "naturally" married with sons and daughters, and us, the players, will be always and stronger than ever on the market.

For reference: what age where you when you first had sex?

21, plus or minus 1 year ago
Edit : I want to explain it to you. All game I talked about, and from I'm learning, is 90% daygame , 10% night game. No alcohol, no social circles, no clubs. I really like daygame and cold approach, it's less rewarding than nightgame but you learn A LOT more (it REALLY changes you life and your way to approach society behaviours , and also chicks ahah) and you can go to "lesson" whenever you are free, not waiting for events or parties or wasting out nights you could spend with girls picked up in streets.
And you did this by yourself? No irl mentor?
[–]bournit 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, no in real life mentor. I've started following videos by Tom Torero to know the model, then I expanded my knowledge thought other puas ... But I don't want to pay to become good in this, my time and balls are valuable enought . Once I got out with a wing, but I usually do it alone. Game and daygame in general are the arts of being a man without any help, wherever whenever
