Stop waiting until the end of the night and kiss her in the first hour, and keep ramping up sexuality over next 1-2 hours.

After 2-4 hours out on the date where you've escalated to making out, grabbing her ass, etc... then bounce to your place, and then keep escalating until you're both naked, then have sex.

You are trying to go from 0 (no kiss) to 60 (sex) all at once right at the door, end of the night. You need to spread that out man and go step by step.

So by close, you mean F-Close correct? I would say you definitely need to convey your attraction to her earlier - hold more eye contact, slow down your speech, move closer, initiate more kino, and go for the kiss earlier in the date. If you wait for the end, the whole date was just the build up for that kiss instead of just kissing her earlier when the moment feels right, and you can continue to escalate further (or pick up where you left off on date #2)
