u know the only way to approach is to approach right

u can read as much as u want but u still have to approach like everyone else

the fear never left for me but after a couple of times i found out its just a fake feeling

Next time you see a girl, no matter if she is in a group, if she is pretty or not (just not someone working like a waitress) :

You count "3.. 2...1... Go" in your head and you MOVE
You walk toward that person and you say "Hi"

Congratulate yourself, you just did an approach. Don't expect more from yourself than being able to say "hi" to someone. No pressure, just one word.

Don't divide the world into these categories:

1) Ordinary people with whom I have no interest in approaching, talking to, or being friendly with.

2) Beautiful women whom I would like to approach and act charming with so that I can fuck them.

If that is how you see the world, approach anxiety is unavoidable because deep down you know that this is a socially illegitimate way of acting. In other words it's very beta.
