Respect* I have been a long time lurker of this subreddit amd have made a lot of changes that I really like. I have one problem left, I was abused growing up and I have no self respect leading to a relationship that im in in which she broke up with me so sleep with her ex boyfriend of 4 years. I cant vring myself to stop talking to her completely and she still comes and sleeps over almost every night. Everyone here has been a great community and I need advice on how to either seduce her again or seduce myself.
