I used to do cold approaches when I was a fresh man but stopped since I needed to focus on school. Quite recently I changed my major and now I have some time for this. I'm fairly average looking and have a built body since I workout everyday. I live a boring lifestyle. All I ever do is make food, go to school, gym, watch hockey and occasionally play video games. I don't have many hobbies but I have started reading books (Starting with "The Game" by Neil Strauss).

Just a few weeks back I got flaked by a girl I met online and afterwards in person, and it still stings. Going to my point, I'm having a tough time getting motivated to approach girls. I do have a lot of aa and I know I need to keep approaching to eventually overcome that feeling. One of my major problems is that I tend to get the case of oneitis and on top of that I feel extremely uncomfortable having sex with girls I've just met. Also, I tend to blank out on dates because I start to filter my thought process. How do you guys deal with this? Lastly, how can I utilize my outer confidence to strengthen my inner confidence?

Thank you.

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong subreddit.
