How do i get out of this negative mindset.

Here are some simple steps to overcome a negative belief/mindset.

Highlight the belief that you have, eg women don't like me because of <x>
Understand the damage of the belief AKA What is it costing me in my life?
Give it a silly voice - say the belief to yourself in a voice as if it is your little sister/nephew/someone whose opinion you think "oh isn't that cute" to take away it's power
Re frame the belief - eg Every woman likes different things. Some do like short 25 year old guys. I just have to find them.
Find reference experiences - Find reference experience where other 25 year olds, or older/younger, who are short who have succeeded and think. Ok they are the same as me so if they can do it then there is no reason why I can not.

The fact you list your height tells me that you see it as a problem. It's not a problem.

There is nothing wrong with being short. If anyone else has an issue with it, it's their fault. Never bring it up and act like you're 6' 5" everyday. Besides, a short guy asking women out is going to be perceived as more confident than a tall guy doing it.

i used to be like that, you just have to not think about anything when you're approaching, just show up and say/do what comes to mind. if it doesn't work, then move on. you can only get rejected so many times before you pickup on the pattern.
