Besides the obvious and generic "you don't", if you really wanna go for it, it usually only works if you're attractive or if the girl thinks you are. Its different from stuff like Tinder. DMs are creepier because Insta/Facebook is not dating based towards that like Tinder is.

That's the only thing that will really help. I've known people who slid into dm's that worked, only because they were attractive, or the person they slid to thought they were attractive. I will usually not reccomend, but whatever shoot your shot, who cares.
