Whenever I talk to girls on Instagram or Tinder, my conversations always seem to fizzle out. Usually the girl is not responsive or doesn't ask questions back, and its hard to build interest when she just doesn't seem to give a fuck. I try to ask questions and keep things interesting, but it never seems to work out.

I don't really feel comfortable moving to text if the Tinder conversation is non invested. Any advice on how to go from conversation to real life meeting?
