So, long story short, I'm a late bloomer who's recently been getting his game together. End goal is to become good at sex and relationships to the point where I feel comfortable taking myself off the market, knowing that I am in a relationship that both of us will be happy with long term.

Problem: I'm going out a bit now and talking to women. I tend to mix my conversation between playful and personal. I reciprocate the personal stuff and it tends to take down both of our emotional walls. The problem is that, when I start opening both of us up emotionally, I feel myself falling for them. I don't know that I can work the serial dater approach doing this. I'm probably going to end up falling hard for one of these girls and just staying with her. The problem is that I don't want to do this quite yet. I view sex and dating as akin to dancing: you won't get good at it if you just do it with one person.

Is there another approach to conversation that I should be trying out? Am I wrong about my analogy comparing sex and dating to dancing?

Any insight would be appreciated, as this seems to be a bit of a sticking point for me. Thanks!
