Be strong and passionate, but not too rough. Anything from collarbones to hairline/jaw is good for kiss or tongue tip dry lick. Light neck, earlobe bite is fine. Hand in hair+pulling is fine unless she is very keen on her hairstyle. Hand behind ear, on neck is with light/moderate grip is fine. Just don’t drool on her too much. You should get rid of fat pad, but not to get laid, but to be healthy and fit. You dont have to prove anyone anything, you dont need anyone to validate you. But it is not fat that is holding you back. I have seen worse with better results.

Concentrate on your mind. Fix your attitude. I know you suffer, but you are on a downward spiral. You still have time to fix it. But if you dont do it now, you will be like this till you die.

Instead of taking, you should give. Instead of asking what others can do for you, ask what you can do for them. Instead of thinking about how can a girl make you happy, think how you can make her happy.

First, accept responsibility for your life. You have to take action. You have to make it right. You have to work on yourself and help others.

Do not talk about all of this. DO IT. I can only show you the door, you're the one who have to walk through it.

Stay commited. Have a picture of your #1 goal on your mirror. Tattoo it on your body. Go for it. Give it 110%. No more motivational youtube 4h videos. Motivate yourself. Practice willpower.
