So I’ve (31M) been in and out of the game for around 3 years or so (got in very late cus I was religious until that time, when I decided to go about life the way I want to). I do mostly daygame (about 90%) and the rest is dating apps (e.g., Tinder) and sometime night game but it scares the shot out of me for some reason.

I think overall I’m ok, around 60 lays since I’ve been at it, but I am taking the rejections very hard. Especially rejections that occur after 1st dates where she chooses not to pursue (usually either that date ends at my place or I’ll go for a 2nd date — but once in a while she won’t be interested in another date).

Anyway, do you guys have tips for not falling into despair and fear of ending up all alone? I don’t know if it’s because of my ADHD that I ruminate the fuck out of rejections but they just fucking hurt and I take them personally (even though I know I shouldn’t). Takes me quite a while to bounce back from these...

Any tips?
