I think you're looking at it the wrong way. Essentially (This is how I see it) You're dragging said woman along to be a part of whatever you're doing. She doesn't know much about you or how much "fun" you can be. Emotion comes much later, at first it's "Let's just see how this plays out." For me, the first "Date" is a trial run, no big investment, I'll text/call her, say "Hey I'm doing XYZ, would you like to join?" (Assuming she doesn't give me signs of a lack of interest) if she says yes, awesome, if not, oh well move on to the next one; and if the initial interaction was good enough I'll try again in a few days. There doesn't need to be an investment of any kind... I love to go bowling in my spare time, whether it's by myself or with friends. I've gotten quite a few 'same day lays' just by taking them with me when I went bowling.

You don't always have to organize everything, sometimes if it's the right type of chick, and she's interested in you/me enough, she'll invite you places. Basically, I present my world to her, and say "Get on board or I'll find someone who will."

They don't. Emotions are involved in everything humans do. Without emotions, we aren't a functioning human.
