How do you learn game with learning disability?

I have a very hard time trying to process information I have learned and use it in game because I always don’t remember what I have learned or read. Maybe I can process 1% of the information. Books I am reading now, I forgotten 99.9% of the stuff and almost half way thru. I am having super hard time learning game because of this.
