Freshman in college in London. It was my best friend (female)'s birthday early December so we all went out to a club and slept at a hotel. I met one of her friends who I was attracted to. We talked casually walking back to the hotel a bit after the club, asked a bit about each other, I made some jokes etc. But most of the night it was a group setting where I would talk to the group instead of isolating her. Just casual fun stuff, jokes, etc.

I don't see her around much at all, and then it's the holiday (1 month). Come back, see her again and message her asking about some application thing we were both coincidentally doing. Before i awkwardly run out of things to say, I end the convo. She then messages a few days later asking if I did the application, we then send messages back and forth for the rest of the day, where we established some inside jokes. I don't see her much, but when I do she's with a group of people and it's casual and brief. How do I move forward with her (if possible)?
